  • Orders under R1000 will incur a flat R99 shipping fee anywhere in South Africa.

Which courier do you use?
  • We partner with The Courier Guy to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of all orders.
How do I track my order?
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your delivery via The Courier Guy Tracking page.
What is your return policy?
  • We offer a 30-day free return policy.
  • All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the price tag attached.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus delivery charges (if applicable).

How do I return an item?

What is your refund policy?

What is your policy on faulty goods?
